Move CasaOS to Port 85

Reserve ports 80 and 81 for web proxy services by moving CasaOS to the permanent port used in this guide.

Permanent decision

CasaOS uses port 85 throughout this project.

  1. Change the CasaOS web port to 85

    DRAFT CHECKPOINT: insert the verified configuration command.

  2. Restart the relevant CasaOS service

    DRAFT CHECKPOINT: use the service name from the tested version.

  3. Open the new address

    Visit http://YOUR-SERVER-IP:85.

  4. Update your server details record

    Record the final local URL so it is never forgotten.
