Why CasaOS comes after storage

CasaOS is a management interface, not the tool that creates the RAID. Installing it after the permanent mount exists prevents apps being pointed at temporary or incorrect folders.

  1. Confirm storage one last time

    findmnt /storage/media/media

  2. Run the verified CasaOS installer

    DRAFT CHECKPOINT: insert the exact tested official command and version during technical review.

  3. Open the dashboard

    Visit http://YOUR-SERVER-IP from another device on the same network.

  4. Create the administrator account

    Use the password record prepared at the start of the guide.
